Andrew has a Masters Degree from the University of Kwazulu Natal in Digital Media in Education and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Dispute Settlement from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. He has undertaken a Short Learning Programme in Family Law (40 hours) offered by North-West University (equivalent of first year Family Law for LLB students). He has extensive experience in private, agricultural, and construction sectors as well as a long association with education and research.
Andrew specialises in Civil and Commercial, Divorce and Family and Workplace Dispute Settlement, as well as Restorative Justice.
Andrew is an active member of the South African Association of Mediators (SAAM) and is the Limpopo Representative of this organisation.
Anastasia has project and office management qualifications and experience, recently qualifying as a mediator and restorative justice practitioner.
Anastasia is busy undertaking the necessary mediations with Andrew and Maditsi in order to meet the SAAM requirements for accreditation.
Anastasia is an effective case manager and the first point of contact for anyone who approaches SJA with the intention of mediating a dispute.
Anastasia is an active member of SAAM and SAAM Limpopo.
Maditsi has a Bachelor's Degree, Labour Law from Stellenbosch University and is a LEAD qualified Court Annexed Mediator
Maditsi is a legal and labour law specialist practicing at Schoonoord in the Sekhukhune district of Limpopo
Maditsi is a Paralegal Practitioner and Human Rights Legal Services Provider for the Centre for Research and Development
Maditsi is in the process of obtaining SAAM accreditation as a Court-Annexed Mediator and is an active member of the SAAM Limpopo Chapter.

SJA has extensive experience in the field of mediation and restorative justice having been in existence, in one form or another, since 2012.
